I Registered to become a trade customer but I cannot access wholesale prices?
When you register to become a customer we first must review and approve your account . Then we will activate your login and password. This will happen within 24 hours. Your discount will be shown as Quantity discount to the right of the product. Minimum order levels may apply to some of the products to achieve discount level.

I understand you dropship! what is dropshipping?
Drop shipping is a technique in which the retailer does not keep goods in stock, but instead transfers customer orders and shipment details to either the manufacturer or a wholesaler, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. As in all retail businesses, the retailers make their profit on the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

How do I become a dropshipper?
We we only accept dropshippers if they are already in the party and events business. You will need to register and once your account is accepted you will be able to use images and descriptions to sell the items on your website. When you make a sale you will then place the order on our site for us to process and ship.

Do you charge for dropshipping?
No we do not, all you pay is for the goods and the cost of shipping them direct to your customer.

Are your company details shown on the parcel?
We include a packing slip which has your company name and contact details but no reference of our company.

Do you accept returns?
We have a 7 day returns period, confectionery and personalised items are not returnable. An RMA will need to be completed before returns are sent to our address.

Do you ship samples? 
You may purchase samples but will be charged at list price, maximum of 10 samples per order. During busy periods we do not send out samples so please ask first.
 
Do you accept returns of merchandise that has been shipped? 
Yes we do. If you or your customer is not happy with our product it can be returned within 7 days in original condition. This does not apply for special orders ,food items or personalised items. We do not accept part returns.

How long will it take for my orders to be shipped?
Personalised orders will usually ship within 7 days.
Stock items usually ship 2-4 days, please see product listings for shipping times if they are out of stock.
 
How do I know when my orders have been shipped?
Once we ship your order you will be e-mailed

How much is carriage paid?
Carriage paid is £250.00
